We have 2 storage facilities, our main location at 2206 Ft. Riley Blvd and our lake location at 4340 South Dam Road at the base of Tuttle Creek Lake. We have 3 types of storage, traditional self storage, climate control storage, and outside storage. Let us earn your business today.

We are completely fenced and gated. You have 24 hour access.
Our units have a raised floor with a water lip to prevent water from getting into your unit and our units are up high above the flood plane for Manhattan.
Our units are priced competitively, we are not the cheapest or the most expensive, but we will treat you the best.
We provide on site surveillance cameras 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
We offer a 10% discount for 6 months or longer prepay when using check or cash.
Our units are sprayed monthly for pest control.
